Huitzo provides AI infrastructure services, including but not limited to: Intelligence Pack deployment and management, model orchestration, API access, and related developer tools. Our Services enable organizations to build, deploy, and manage AI capabilities across cloud, on-premises, and edge environments.

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUITZO INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period after termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
