What counts as an "action"?

An action is any single operation your AI performs: sending an email, extracting data from a document, updating a CRM record, etc. Most small businesses stay well under their monthly limits.

What happens if I exceed my monthly actions?

We'll notify you as you approach your limit. You can either upgrade your plan or pay a small overage fee ($0.05 per action for Starter, $0.03 for Professional, $0.02 for Business).

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If upgrading, we'll prorate the difference. If downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.

What's included in the setup fee?

Discovery sessions to understand your needs, custom workflow design, development and testing, integrations with your existing tools, training for your team, and documentation.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Your setup fee and monthly fee cover everything we discussed. The only additional cost would be if you exceed your action limits or request additional workflows.

Do you offer annual pricing?

Yes. Pay annually and get 2 months free (10 months for the price of 12). Contact us to set up annual billing.
